Yes. Every participant must be registered through Brainstorm before playing a league game.

Brainstorm requires you to submit a commander when registering and may request a decklist. These are not binding during the regular season, so you may change decks and commanders between games. If you qualify for the Top Cut, you must submit your final commander and complete decklist; both are then locked for the semifinals and final.

Yes. In-person, webcam, and mutually accepted digital-platform games are eligible.

Yes. Normal Commander mechanics and colour-identity rules apply unless a specific card appears on the league ban list.

Yes. Proxies are permitted.

Yes, provided every participating player agrees before the game begins.

Before the game begins, every player in the pod must agree on a common language. That agreed language must be used for all relevant gameplay, rules, and result-reporting communication so that nobody is excluded.

A player may receive up to two conduct warnings. A third conduct offence means disqualification, while serious misconduct may result in immediate disqualification. Rules warnings are separate: they concern gameplay or rules infractions and may result in a game loss depending on severity. The same incident may receive both consequences when it involves both a rules infraction and misconduct.

Yes. The 90-minute clock starts when the first mulligan is resolved, or at the beginning of the first turn if no player takes a mulligan. When the clock expires, the player whose turn is currently in progress has up to 15 additional minutes to complete that turn. If no player wins by then, the game is a draw. Semifinals have a separate three-hour maximum, while the final is ordinarily untimed.

The advertised prize package is guaranteed with 24 or more registered players. With fewer than 24 registrations, prize support may be adjusted based on attendance. Each Top 4 finalist receives custom sleeves using either their own submitted design or the league's exclusive Top 4 design, plus one of four premium cards: a full-art Final Fantasy Rhystic Study, etched-foil Ragavan, etched-foil Lotus Petal, or foil Enlightened Tutor. A foil Dominaria Remastered Mystic Remora will be awarded separately to one randomly selected participant.

The final venue is TBC. The intention is to hold the elimination stage in person; if that is not feasible, it will be played online.
